Huge room, convenient location near train station and bus stop, nearby combinis and restaurants, helpful staff, good restaurant.

For us, it was ideal.

the location was convenient because I could take the short train ride to explore the neighboring town. the newly constructed hotel had bright and airy rooms with comfortable beds that were a nice change from the usual firm Japanese mattresses. the hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the onsen facilities were spotless which I appreciated.

The hotel staff did not seem to have any Christmas decorations or spirit to create a festive atmosphere. It dampened the experience, and I felt the hotel missed an opportunity to make it special for the guests.

I had an amazing and super clean stay at an elegant and comfortable onsen in Masuda. The hotel's design was modern Japanese, with a futon on the floor. The onsen was spotless and offered a sauna in addition to the bath. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff spoke English. I highly recommend Mascos Hotel Masuda Onsen for a fantastic stay!

Furthermore, the noise from the nearby street and train station was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. It's a shame because the hotel had so much potential with its great staff and convenient location.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the train station and it was incredibly convenient! The location was perfect for exploring the city and it only took me 5-10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with my stay here.

We had a warm welcome and the staff was very friendly. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the deep soaking tub was a luxurious touch. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a stylish design. We loved the casual restaurant that served delicious food and had a great selection of bubbly wine. we had a comfortable stay and would choose this hotel again.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.
